Off-season Triathlon Training program

The post-season of triathlon is extremely hard to navigate, the goal is to increase strength, power, aerobic fitness, and minimize injury risk. This spreadsheet is a comprehensive, easy to follow workout schedule that is for the time starved athlete. 

This is my personal off-season training program. This program is 8 weeks long, and consists of 3 phases of strength training. Each phase consists of 3 strength based sessions, 3 Key run/bike sessions, a weekly swim goal, and an additional 3 sessions of cross training. Each workout contsists of specific set and rep ranges to maximize muscular strength, power and endurance specific to triathlon training. I hope you enjoy!
