An 8-week custom strength program tailored to you. This plan includes a call for me to understand your schedule, goals, strengths and weaknesses, history of strength training, injury’s and much more. Once we do this you will receive weekly workouts tailored specifically to you and your goals. I will also be available to contact with any questions or concerns. The strength program will be created to elevate your durability, power, and skill in each discipline.
